We sell to lots of casual traders and people who have not set up formal businesses: this is not a problem as long as the goods are intended to be for business or trade purposes and not for private use. I keep getting a message saying I have not reached the requirement minimum spend within the order. What do I do?
We have a strict minimum order policy. The minimum order is £100 + VAT and P&P. If your order is below £100, you will not be able to submit your order. The option to proceed to the checkout will only appear once you have £100 worth of goods in your basket.
My credit card payment will not go through. Will you still receive my order?
If your online credit or debit card payment does not go through, we will not receive your order. Please select another payment option at the checkout stage of the order process. If you choose to pay by phone, you can either phone us with your card details (please quote your order number when you call), or we will contact you when we are ready to take your payment. If you choose to pay by cheque or bank transfer, we will contact you with payment details when we have a final total for your order.
Some goods are out of stock. Will you refund my card?
If you pay by card online, we do not take the payment straight away. We use the Protx 'Authenticate & Authorise' payment method. When you enter your card details, certain checks are made on the card, but we do not take the payment until the order has been completed. This means that we take the correct amount for your order if some goods are out of stock or if you qualify for any discounts.
When I order several watches, the discount does not show up in my shopping basket.
Unfortunately, our website does not calculate discounts and lower prices while you shop on the website. We apply discounts when we invoice the goods on our tills and will charge you the correct amount when we do this.
I have a valid EU VAT number, but your website charges me VAT.
If you have a European Union VAT number, please include it when you register with us. We have to check the details with the Europa database and will deduct the VAT when we invoice the goods. This deduction will not show on your internet order, but will be shown on your invoice when you receive the goods.
Why can't I pay by card online if I live outside the UK?
Unfortunately, Sagepay is only able to verify cardholder details online for customers in the UK and Channel Islands. If you live outside these areas, we may be able to take payment by card, but will have to take your details over the phone, so that we can check the cardholder name and address with our bank.
